摘要

针对目前汽车自动喷涂生产线换色系统清洗中存在的问题,对清洗系统的换色微阀、换色阀板及公共通道进行优化设计,利用光谱传感器实现清洁度实时反馈,开发了一套喷涂换色的自动清洗闭环控制系统,解决了过度清洗导致的工作效率低下和清洗不足导致换色微阀故障等带来的混色问题。

Abstract

Aiming at the problems existing in the cleaning of the automatic spraying and color changing system of the current automobile painting line,the color changing micro value,the color changing valve plate,the common channel of the cleaning system were optimal designed.An automatic cleaning closed-loop control system for spraying was developed based on a spectral detector sensor providing real-time feedback information about cleanliness,which solved low efficiency caused by excessive cleaning and color mixing caused by insufficient cleaning or failure.
