摘要

主要介绍了一种无溶剂生物基多元醇树脂搭配改性异氰酸酯聚合物制作无溶剂生物基聚氨酯面漆的方法,通过对异氰酸酯聚合物进行改性降低其反应活性,通过改性前后固化剂搭配不同羟基含量的生物基多元醇树脂的性能测试,筛选出最合适的树脂及固化剂,并研究不同n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)比例对产品性能的影响。试验结果表明:选用FL230树脂搭配固化剂B,n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)为1.5时,制得一种漆膜表面平整光滑,操作时间长,具有优异的柔韧性、耐磨性及防腐蚀性能的无溶剂聚氨酯面漆。

Abstract

The method of making solvent-free bio-based polyurethane topcoat by using solvent-free bio-based polyol resin and modified isocyanate polymer was introduced.The reactivity of isocyanate polymer was reduced by modification.The properties of bio-based polyol resin with different hydroxyl content before and after modification were studied.The most suitable resin and curing agent for the project were screened,and the effects of different ratios of n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)on product properties were studied.A solvent-free polyurethane topcoat with smooth surface,long operation time,excellent flexibility,wear resistance and corrosion resistance was prepared by using FL230 resin with curing agent B and n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)=1.5.
