简述了由前处理系统导致汽车ABS塑料件漆膜在后期服役过程中起泡的主要原因,并从前处理系统无菌化、无水渍改善、吹水改善等方向进行系统解决,结果表明:经过以上系统解决问题,此现场起泡问题得以解决。

he main reasons for the blistering of the painting of automotive ABS plastic parts in the later service period caused by the pretreatment system were briefly described,and the problems were systematically solved in the direction of the sterility of the pretreatment system,the improvement of water free stains,and the improvement of water blowing.The results showed that the on-site blistering problem was solved through the above system solutions.
