摘要

灰色系水性丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料在轨道交通客车领域有着广泛应用,但是由于炭黑颗粒的特殊性能导致灰色系涂料在制作和贮存过程中会发生变色,而适宜的润湿分散剂和有机膨润土可以在涂料生产和贮存过程中起到防变色的作用。本文通过对不同润湿分散剂以及有机膨润土研究,改善了灰色系水性涂料易变色的缺陷。

Abstract

While grey waterborne acrylic polyurethane coatings are widely used in passenger cars for rail transit,the special properties of carbon black particles lead to discoloration in the process of production and storage and suitable wetting dispersant and organic bentonite can prevent discoloration in the process of coating production and storage in this paper,different wetting dispersants and organic bentonite will be studied to improve the flaw that grey waterborne paint easily discolors.
