摘要

某新型SUV汽车在涂装投产过程中,发动发盖焊装完成后,在运输及在涂装生产过程中出现高频次变形问题,影响总装尺寸匹配,降低了新车投产质量合格率,影响爬产节奏。本文通过CAE分析、实车验证、数据分析等方式深入分析了某SUV车型发盖变形的主要影响因素,并提出了合理的解决措施,解决了发盖变形率高的问题。

Abstract

In the trial production process of new SUV model,the problem of engine hood deformation highfrequency occurred in the transportation and painting production after welding,which affected the body dimension matching in general assembly shop and reduced the quality of the new car.The main factors affecting the deformation of the cover of a certain SUV model were analyzed through CAE analysis,real vehicle validation,data analysis and other methods,and reasonable measures to solve the deformation problem were put forward.
