摘要

在静电喷涂工艺流程中,静电喷涂机器人所使用的内外成型空气已经确定了喷涂扇幅的尺寸。本文主要讨论了如何增加内成型可调模式的硬件,增大静电喷涂扇幅,提高叠枪率,使油漆均匀地喷涂在车身上。

Abstract

In the process of electrostatic spraying,the inner and outer forming air used by the electrostatic spraying robot determined the size of the spraying fan.How to increase the hardware of internal forming adjustable mode,increase the fan width of electrostatic spraying and improve the rate of stack gun were discussed,so that the paint was evenly sprayed on the car body.
