摘要
为应对环保法规,涂装车间导入固体分更高、VOC更低的酸环氧清漆,但过程中发现有一个厂家的3种色漆匹配酸环氧清漆后出现典型针孔不良。通过分析针孔的形态及其形成机理,指出色漆中大粒径珠光粉和酸环氧清漆固化速度偏慢是主要因素,并确定调整色漆为方向。本文进一步论述4个有效施策:优化珠光粉选择、提升珠光粉预分散、调整颜料分散剂和溶剂、控制调色珠光粉使用,通过综合施策最终将典型针孔不良完全消除。
Abstract
In order to satisfy the needs of environmental regulation,paint shop has decided to introduce acid epoxy clear coat which has the double advantages of high solids and low VOC,but a typical pinhole problem appears on three particular colors supplied by same coating company when new clear coat is used.So the morphological characters and the forming mechanism of pinhole were researched firstly,then two primary factors were found,one of which was pearl powders with big size,and the other one was curing speed of acid epoxy clear coat,the former was chose as improvement direction by comparison.To address this issue,four effective measures were systematically analyzed,such as optimization selection of pearl powders,enhancing pre-dispersion effect,adjusting the adding of disperser and solvent,and the use control of pearl powders for color matching.Finally,the typical pinhole problem was eliminated completely through above-mentioned comprehensive measures.
