摘要

颗粒问题是一种很常见的汽车漆膜弊病,一旦爆发将严重影响汽车涂装线的正常生产。本文通过某涂装车间一次双组分亚光漆颗粒事故的案例,详细阐述了亚光漆颗粒问题的产生原因、排查过程及应对措施。

Abstract

Particle problem is a common disease of automobile paint film,once the outbreak will seriously affect the normal production of automobile painting line.Based on a case of a two-component matte paint particle accident in a painting workshop,the causes,investigation process and countermeasures of matte paint particle problem were elaborated in detail.
