摘要

为解决薄膜前处理电泳工艺下产生的电泳缩孔问题,通过“逐工位排查法”查找问题原因。结合薄膜工艺的特点,采用微谱分析,确定缩孔产生的真因并给出了解决方案。

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of electrophoresis shrinkage under the electrophoresis process of film pretreatment,the cause of the problem was found through the"station-by-station troubleshooting method".Combined with the characteristics of thin film technology and micro-spectrum analysis,the true cause of shrinkage cavity and the solution were determined.
