摘要

对水性树脂的基本特点进行介绍,对树脂、助剂相关性能进行分析研究。以水溶性醇酸树脂为成膜物,添加一定的助剂,制备出适合轨道交通(铁路装备车辆轮轴)上应用的水性涂料。通过测试,所制备的水性涂料具有良好的性能。

Abstract

The article introduces the basic characteristics of water-based resins and analyzes and studies the related properties of resins and additives.In this study,water-based alkyd resin was used as the film-forming material and certain additives were added to prepare water-based coatings suitable for use in rail transit(railway equipment and vehicle axles).By testing,the prepared water-based coating has good performance.
