以汽车涂装为背景,以汽车四门随车工装为研究对象,设计并应用了一款新型分解式四门通用型随车工装。首先,根据现场四门工装的使用情况,分析了现有四门工装的问题与不足;然后,结合功能性、通用性、耐用性与易维修性等技术要求,设计了新型分解式四门通用型随车工装并阐述了分解式结构原理;其次,分别从所设定的技术要求层面对四门工装进行了实际应用测试;最后,依据其应用测试结果阐述了新型分解式四门工装所带来的多方面成效与收益。

With the background of automobile painting and the research object of four-door vehicle-mounted tooling,a new decomposable four-door general-purpose vehicle-mounted tooling was designed and applied.Firstly,according to the use of the four-door tooling on site,the problems and deficiencies of the existing four-door tooling were analyzed.Then,combined with the technical requirements of functionality,versatility,durability and easy maintenance,a new decomposable four-door general-purpose tool was designed.Finally the practical application test of the four-door tooling was carried out from the level of the set technical requirements multiple benefits and benefits.
