摘要

成立了“消除黄色流尚缺陷专项小组”,确定了多层结构板夹缝、铰链平整度及倒角角度、铰链连接轴处空腔和压合边位置焊装涂胶方式对X车型黄色流尚产生的影响,并结合实际案例着重阐述了在锁定黄色流尚缺陷原因,通过涂胶工艺优化及开发的万向仿形吹净装置等方式解决黄色流尚缺陷的方法。

Abstract

The"special team for eliminating yellow flow defects"was set up,the effects of multi-layer structural plate seams,hinge flatness and chamfering angle,hinge connecting axle cavities,and welding and gluing at the press-fit edge position on the yellow flow of the X model were determined.Combined with practical examples to highlight the effects of locking the yellow flow on the X model.the methods to solve the yellow flow defects were found through the optimization of gluing process and the development of gimbaled blowing device.
