摘要

本公司设计并建造了一条柔性涂装生产线,在行业内属于首创。电泳撬可搭载1台SUV或2台轻卡驾驶室;喷漆撬为短撬,具备自动分合功能,喷漆短撬可搭载1台轻卡驾驶室,2台短撬自动合成1台长撬后可搭载1台SUV或2台轻卡驾驶室。该柔性生产线可以最大程度提升轻卡产能,降低单车能耗。

Abstract

A flexible coating production line was designed,which was the first in the industry.One ED dip skid can carry one SUV or two light truck cabs.Paint skid is short and one paint skid which can combine or separate automatically with another is half the length of a ED dip skid.One paint skid can carry one light truck cab.When two short paint skids combine into one long skid,it can carry one SUV or two light truck cabs.The flexible production line can maximize the production capacity of light trucks and reduce the energy consumption of a single light truck cab.
