摘要

结合本厂实际案例,从人、机、料、法、环等方面提出并验证了产生静电斑的关键因子,并提出了静电斑的控制方法,经过改善,静电斑的故障率下降明显,取得了明显效益。

Abstract

Combined with the actual case,the key factors of generating electrostatic spots were put forward and verified from the aspects of man-machine,material,method and ring,and the control methods of electrostatic spots were proposed.After improvement,the failure rate of electrostatic spots were decreased significantly,and obvious benefits were achieved.
