摘要

首先简单介绍了汽车涂装中“三废”产生的机理,然后分析了汽车涂装节能现状,最后通过采取切实有效的改进措施,进一步优化涂装工艺水平,在保证涂装质量的前提下,尽量减少能源的清耗,降低运行成本。

Abstract

Firstly,the mechanism of three wastes in automobile painting was introduced.Secondly,the present situation of energy saving in automobile painting was analyzed.Finally,the level of coating technology was further optimized to reduce the energy consumption and reduce the operation cost on the premise of ensuring the coating quality.
