摘要

通过深入研究翻浸式电泳车身轨迹、层流与槽体结构、喷管装配方式,给出了翻浸式电泳车身轨迹特征及造成气泡型缩孔形成原因,并提出了较有成效的解决措施供业内参考。

Abstract

This paper studies deeply analysis of double immersion type electrophoresis body trajectory characteristics,the structure of the laminar flow and tub,nozzle assembly,the causes of bubble-shaped shrinkage holes in car body by flip-dip electrophoresis are given.
