摘要

通过对现场防腐涂料、压力容器设计、基材表面处理、施工工艺、养护工艺等进行全面分析研究,确定出现涂层失效的原因并提出具体失效解决方案,改进后涂层附着力良好、表面光泽度高,达到涂层质量要求。

Abstract

Throughout the comprehensive analysis of anti-corrosion coating,pressure vessel design,substrate surface treatment,construction technology,maintenance technology and other research,the causes of coating failure were determined and specific failure solutions was put forward.The improved coating had good adhesion and high surface gloss,which meets the quality requirements of the coating.
