摘要

从工程机械结构件边缘特定位置出现带状密集型缩孔的实际案例出发,阐述缩孔的形成因素及排查方法,结合原因分析提出对涂装电压、阳极数量及排布方式、杂质离子浓度管控等3方面采取相应改善措施,为工程机械阴极电泳涂装缩孔问题提供借鉴经验。

Abstract

Based on the actual case of ribbon-intensive shrinkage in the specific position of construction machinery structural parts,the forming factors and screening methods of shrinkage were described,and the corresponding measures to adjust the anodic arrangement were put forward combining with the analysis of causes,providing reference experience for the industry to solve the problem of shrinkage in construction machinery structural parts cathodic electrophoretic painting.
