摘要

采用活性端环氧一苯基三硅氧烷低聚物改性环氧树脂制备了一种飞行器用高性能改性环氧树脂,并系统分析了改性环氧树脂固化物的耐热性能、力学性能、耐原子氧辐照性能以及抗紫外老化性能。结果表明:采用活性端环氧一苯基三硅氧烷低聚物改性环氧树脂后,树脂固化物的力学性能、耐热性、抗原子氧辐照、抗紫外老化性能均有所提高,与原环氧树脂固化物相比,硅氧烷低聚物改性剂含量为20%时,5%热失重温度比纯环氧树脂固化物升高了32℃,10%热失重温度比纯环氧树脂固化物升高了57℃;弯曲强度、冲击强度分别由100.0 MPa、12.7kJ/m^(2)提高到114.4 MPa、15.2 kJ/m^(2);经原子氧辐照36 h后树脂固化物质量损失为21.25 g/cm^(2),为未改性环氧树脂固化物的10.9%;同时改善了环氧树脂的抗紫外老化性能。

Abstract

A kind of epoxy resin with high performance for space vehicle was prepared by using epoxy-terminated siloxane oligomer.Heat resistance,mechanical properties,atomic oxygen radiation resistance and ultraviolet aging resistance of the cured modified epoxy resin were systematically analyzed.The results showed that heat resistance,mechanical properties,atomic oxygen irradiation resistance and ultraviolet aging resistance of the cured epoxy resin modified by the epoxy-terminated siloxane oligomer were improved.Compared with the cured original epoxy resin,when the content of epoxy-terminated siloxane oligomer was 20%,the thermal weight loss temperature of 5%was 32℃higher than that of the cured original epoxy resin.10%thermogravimetric temperature is 57°C higher than that of cured original epoxy resin.The bending strength and impact strength increased from 100.0 MPa and 12.7 kJ/m^(2)to 114.4 MPa and 15.2 kJ/m^(2) respectively.After 36 hours of atomic oxygen irradiation,the mass loss of the cured resin is 21.25 g/cm^(2),which is 10.9%of that of the unmodified epoxy resin.At the same time,the anti-UV aging property of epoxy resin was improved.
