摘要

采用环氧粉末涂料作为底涂层,聚酯粉末涂料作为面涂层,研究双层熔结粉末在天然气管道上分别喷涂后一次成膜的性能。底涂层以自制的熔结环氧粉末为主要成膜物,面涂层以聚酯为主要成膜物,探讨了聚酯粉末配方组成、胶化时间、固化时间等的影响因素及双涂层施工工艺对性能的影响。制备了既具有防腐性能又具有较高耐候性能的天然气管道用复合涂层,解决了长期以来城市天然气管道仅用熔结环氧粉末涂装时存在的耐候性问题。

Abstract

The epoxy powder coating was used as the bottom coating,and the polyester powder coating was used as the surface coating to study the performance of the double layer fusion powder after spraying on the natural gas pipeline.The bottom coating uses self-made fused epoxy powder as the main film-forming material,and the surface coating is mainly made of polyester.The influence factors of the polyester powder formula composition,gelation time and curing time of the polyester powder and the influence of the double coating construction process on the performance were discussed.A composite coating for natural gas pipelines with both corrosion resistance and high weather resistance was prepared,which solved the weather resistance problem of urban natural gas pipelines only coated with fused epoxy powder for a long time.
