摘要

对聚脲防水材料的发展历程、防护应用、反应机理、配方工艺等方面进行了系统介绍,从材料的主要性能、应用领域等关键角度进行全方位总结分析。分析了聚脲防水材料研究存在的问题,探讨了可能的发展方向,为聚脲防水材料后续研究与创新提供参考。揭示了目前聚脲弹性体材料体系繁多,研究手段大不相同,急需一个完整的研究体系,微观结构方面可针对不同的使用环境和施工条件进行相应改进,需对喷涂设备的性能及使用限制进行改进,分析出聚脲防水防腐影响因素,为新型防水防腐材料的研发设计提供指导。

Abstract

The development process,protective application,reaction mechanism,formulation process and other aspects of polyurea waterproofing material were systematically reviewed,and its main performance,application fields and waterproof effect were discussed.This paper summarizes the existing problems in the research of polyurea waterproofing materials and looks forward to its development prospects,which can provide a reference for the research of polyurea waterproofing materials and the design of new waterproofing materials.It has been revealed that there are various systems and research methods for polyurea elastomer materials,and a complete research system is urgently needed.In terms of microstructure,corresponding improvements can be made for different usage environments and construction conditions.The performance and usage limitations of spraying equipment need to be improved,and the factors affecting polyurea waterproofing and anti-corrosion are analyzed to provide guidance for the research and design of new waterproofing and anti-corrosion materials.
