摘要

研制了一种以乙基纤维素、锌粉以及其他填料、溶剂为A组分,正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、硼酸三甲酯水解液为B组分的醇溶性无机富锌底漆。结果表明:研制的醇溶性无机富锌底漆的力学性能、耐高温防腐性能和配套性能优异,在实际使用中可以满足耐高温和耐腐蚀的需要,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract

A kind of alcohol-soluble inorganic zinc-rich primer with ethyl cellulose,zinc powder and other fillers and solvents as A component and TEOS and trimethyl borate hydrolysate as B component was developed.The results show that the developed alcohol-soluble inorganic zinc-rich primer has excellent mechanical properties,high temperature and corrosion resistance and supporting properties.It can meet the needs of high temperature and corrosion resistance in practical use,and has good economic and social benefits.
