摘要

对化铣保护涂料、快干型修补胶、线密封剂的施工工艺性进行了研究,通过喷涂过程中观察化铣胶胶膜的气泡和缩孔、测量干膜的厚度、化铣过程中是否出现胶膜卷翘、产生二台阶、浸蚀比偏离指标要求等项目,研究了在不同环境和施工次数等条件对化铣用可剥保护材料性能的影响。

Abstract

In this paper,the construction technology of milling protective coating,quick-drying repair adhesive and line sealant was studied.By observing the bubbles and shrinkage holes of milling adhesive film during spraying,the thickness of dry film is measured,and whether the paint film is curled during milling,resulting in two steps.The influence of construction technology on the properties of strippable protective materials for milling under different environment and construction times was studied in the project of etch ratio deviation index requirement.
