摘要

通过溶液聚合的方法制备了己内酯改性丙烯酸树脂,探究己内酯含量对双组分丙烯酸聚氨酯体系的反应速率和漆膜性能的影响。研究表明:己内酯含量越多,凝胶时间越短;对漆膜的实干时间有影响,但对表干时间影响不大。

Abstract

The caprolactone modified acrylic resin was prepared by solution polymerization,to explore the effect of caprolactone content on the reaction rate and paint film properties of two-component acrylic polyurethane system.The study shows that:the more caprolactone content,the shorter the gel time;it has an impact on the dry time of paint film,but the surface dry time has little influence.
