开发了一种能满足一次电泳涂膜厚度达40μm以上的无醇醚类溶剂高厚膜型阴极环氧电泳乳液。该乳液通过合成线性交联剂、改性环氧树脂以及添加非反应型增塑剂等制备而成。结果表明:该产品电泳涂膜达到40μm甚至50μm时,也能保持良好的流平外观。

The high thickness cathodic epoxy electrophoretic lotion without alcohol ether solvent developed for the coating thickness of one time electrophoresis is more than 40 microns.The lotion is prepared by synthesizing linear crosslinking agent,modifying epoxy resin and adding non reactive plasticizer.The experimental results indicate that the electrophoretic coating of the product can reach 40 microns or even 50 microns,and the electrophoretic coating can maintain a good leveling appearance.
