摘要

为解决人工手动喷涂导致的航空航天紧固件铝涂层厚度超出标准要求限值,且均一性、稳定性、可控性较差问题,展开针对小规格(光杆直径4~6mm)螺栓产品的全自动温滚喷工艺研究,通过对喷距、喷幅、喷涂频率、温度、锆珠配比、转速、出漆量、压强8个喷涂参数的验证优化,得到最优喷涂参数组合,使得产品外观、厚度、结合力均能满足标准要求,显著提高了铝涂层厚度的均匀性。

Abstract

In order to solve the problem that the thickness of aluminum coating of aerospace fasteners caused by manual spraying exceeds the standard requirement limit,and the uniformity,stability and controllability are poor,a research on fully automatic warm roller spraying process for small-sized(rod diameter 4~6 mm)bolt products is carried out.By verifying and optimizing the eight spraying parameters,including spray distance,spray amplitude,spray frequency,temperature,zirconium bead ratio,rotational speed,paint output and pressure,the optimal combination of spraying parameters is obtained to make the product appearance,thickness and adhension meet the standard requirements,which significantly improves the thickness uniformity of aluminum coating.
