摘要

针对一种数控深孔螺旋拉床经长时间使用后床身表面涂层出现开裂、掉落等缺陷,在固有的工况下,提出了一种涂层修复的工艺方法并实施。结果表明:经修复后的涂层达到了预期效果,能满足设备防腐蚀和外观装饰效果,本修复工艺适用于类似工况下装备涂层修复施工,为涂层修复积累了施工经验。

Abstract

in view of the defects such as cracking and dropping of the coating on the bed surface of a CNC deep-hole spiral broaching machine after a long time of use,this paper puts forward and implements a coating repairing process method under the inherent working condition,the results show that the coating after repair has achieved the expected effect,and can meet the corrosion protection and appearance decoration effect of the parts,for the coating repair accumulated construction experience.
