摘要

从整体布局方式、喷涂机器人的本体结构、自动输调漆系统、外部拓展轴、三维操作平台、中央控制室、三维仿真编程及验证、喷涂工艺参数等方面详细介绍了轨道交通车辆的串联复合式自动喷涂系统,并论述了串联复合式自动喷涂系统在使用效率、喷涂覆盖率、生产保障能力等方面的优势。同时,通过对比分析手动喷涂和自动喷涂的实际效果,对串联复合式自动喷涂系统存在的问题提出了优化方向。

Abstract

This article provides a detailed introduction to the series-parallel composite automatic spraying system for rail transit vehicles from various aspects,including overall layout,the main structure of the spraying robot,automatic paint supply and mixing system,external extension axes,three-dimensional operation plaform,central control room,three-dimensional simulation programming and verification,and spraying process parameters.It also discusses the advantages of the series-parallel composite automatic spraying system in terms of usage efficiency,spraying coverage,and production assurance capabilities.Additionally,by comparing and analyzing the actual effects of manual and automatic spraying,the article proposes optimization directions for the existing issues in the series-parallel composite automatic spraying system.
