摘要

前处理作为汽车涂装的关键清洁工序,槽液的参数控制至关重要,高效、全自动控制槽液参数具有重大意义。本文将全自动药剂管控系统应用在汽车涂装生产线,并与传统人工测试进行对比研究,分析优缺点,实现高效准确地控制槽液参数,降低了生产运行成本。

Abstract

Pretreatment as the key cleaning process of automobile coating,the parameter control of tank liquid is very important.It is of great significance to control tank parameters efficiently and fully automatic.In this paper,the automatic pharmaceutical control system is applied in the automobile coating production line,and compared with the traditional manual test,the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,and the efficient and accurate control of tank parameters is realized,and the production operation cost is reduced.
