在汽车喷涂的过程中,面漆脏点是一个非常关键的考核指标,因为每个外露区域的面漆脏点喷漆完成线都需要修复,面漆脏点过多会引起完成线较长的质量停线,进而影响生产目标的完成。本文从人机料法环的角度,分析从装焊白车身开始到喷涂结束可能引起面漆脏点的原因,希望对其他同行控制面漆脏点有所帮助。

In the car painting process,the dirty point of the painting is a key KPI for paint shop,because the finish line have to repair every dirty point of the area where could be seen by the customer.Too much dirty point will cause the long quality stop in the finish line and more car need spot repair.In this article,we try to find the root cause from the aspect of man,machine,material,method and environment,we hope it could help the people in the other painting workshop.
