摘要

研究了碳钛笼水性涂料在带锈施工、带湿施工和带油施工3种低表面处理条件下漆膜的性能。结果表明:带锈施工时,锈层的厚度影响较大,将表层的浮锈去除后,漆膜的性能优异;带湿施工时,基材表面没有明显积累的水痕即可施工,漆膜的性能优异;带油施工时,需要用洁净的棉布将表面油污擦拭干净,漆膜的附着力可以达到1级,但是湿附着力下降。

Abstract

The properties of TETILON waterborne coatings coated in three kinds of condition of coated with rust,wet and oil were studied.The results show that the thickness of the rust layer has a great influence on the performance of film when coated with rust.The performance of film is excellent if rust in surface is removed.When coated with wet,the performance of film is excellent if the substrate surface can be without obvious accumulation of water marks.It is necessary to wipe the oil on the surface with a clean cotton cloth when coated with oil.The adhesion of film can reach 1 level,but the wet adhesion decreases.
