摘要

主要阐述了轮毂高产能喷涂自动化关键技术,解决了轮毂大规模生产自动喷涂难题、轻小工件定位、输送上下坡掉件、工件与地面保持水平、外观漆膜不均匀等诸多难题,较大程度提升了轮毂制造业涂装自动化水平,同时满足客户审美个性化的需求,为企业成为高标准汽车零部件供应商提供工艺技术保证。

Abstract

This paper describes the key technologies of high-capacity wheel hub spraying automation,which solves many problems such as automatic spraying problems in large-scale production of wheels,positioning of light and small workpieces,conveying parts falling uphill and downward,keeping the workpiece level with the ground,uneven appearance paint film,etc.In addition to greatly improving the automation level of wheel hub manufacturing industry,and meeting the needs of customers'aesthetic individuality.Provide process technology guarantee for enterprises to become high standard auto parts suppliers.
