通过可行性分析及实验室试验,研究电泳漆长时间缺少更新,出现老化现象后槽液参数及性能试验的变化。详细分析了采用电泳烘干降节拍方式解决电泳漆老化问题时的风险管控和问题验证,为今后电泳漆老化现场调试应用提供参考性建议。

Through the feasibility analysis and laboratory test,the changes of bath parameters and performance tests afer the lack of renewal of electrophoretic paint for a long time and the aging phenomenon were studied.The risk control and problem verification of electrophoretic paint aging were analyzed in detail,and some suggestions were provided for the field debugging and application of electrophoretic paint aging.
