摘要

随着车企竞争加剧,商品车的库存周期延长,导致市场上出现液态保护膜难剥离抱怨。针对这个问题,从材料自身改良、现场施工调整和撕膜方法优化3个方面进行调查,分析了剥离助剂、液态膜膜厚、边缘肥边、膜内气泡和滚刷纹路等因素影响,并对撕膜温度、撕膜方法及少许的残留膜擦拭等给出建议。

Abstract

With the deepening of domestic auto market competition,the inventory cycle of automobile is extended,and liquid protective film covered on car-body is complained about difficult peeling as a new problem.To address this issue,the article carries on research from three aspects:materials adjustment,site operation and the method optimization for peeling film,then analyzes their contributing factors systematically,such as easy peeling agent,film thickness,fat edges,bubbles mixed in liquid protective film,rolling brush grain and so on.Finally,the article also gives some suggestions for peeling film,in cluding optimum temperature,implementation details and the selection of chemical solvent which is used to wipe the residual film.
