摘要

对涂装车间PVC涂胶机器人射流枪嘴的现场应用进行研究,从涂胶机器人参数设置、机器人喷涂角度、轨迹等方面进行实践验证,分析各参数组合下涂胶状态的规律,并针对车身底盘较为复杂结构的调试方案进行经验总结。

Abstract

The field application of jet nozzle of PVC spraying robot jet in painting workshop was studied.The practice verification was carried out from the aspects of the parameters setting of the spraying robot,the robot spraying angle,spraying track.The rules of the spraying state under various parameter combinations were summarized,and the experience summary was made for the debugging scheme of the more complex structure of the body chassis.
