涂装车间滑橇承担着车身和零部件在生产过程中的转运功能,一条年产10万辆产能的涂装生产线滑橇数量将近300台,转接后的空滑橇如果铺展开来,将占用很大的车间建筑面积,对车间建设造价和空间利用率造成巨大浪费。为了提高车间空间利用率,减少空滑橇占用面积,使生产高效有序运转,将空滑橇堆叠存放转运就显得尤为重要。本文主要对滑橇堆拆垛机的结构、工作原理及日常维护进行研究。

The skid in the painting shop undertakes the transfer function of body and parts in the production process.A painting shop with a capacity of 100000 has nearly 300 skids,if the transferred empty skid is spread out,it will occupy a large area of the workshop building,which will cause a huge waste of the construction cost and space utilization rate of the workshop.In order to improve the space and area utilization of the workshop,reduce the area occupied by the empty skid,and make the production run efficiently and orderly,it is particularly important to stack and transport the empty skids.This article mainly studies the structure,working principle and daily maintenance of the skid stacking and destacking machine.
