摘要
为了达到生产现场精益制造和质量管理的目的,通过运用镜面反射原理直观地查看视野盲区的刷胶状态,彻底避免操作工因视野盲区盲刷胶导致的焊缝覆盖不良而引发的严重漏水事故;其次,借助模具运用掌心力量按压安装胶堵取代拇指按压的不牢靠,明显降低了胶堵脱落的风险;此外,运用相机捕获编码识别达到程序自动监测热熔胶堵安装,从根本上解决了胶堵漏装造成的严重质量缺陷,真正实现涂装车间的质量控制零缺陷。
Abstract
In order to achieve the goal of lean manufacturing and quality controlling on production,this article uses the principle of mirror reflection to visually check the status of brushing glue in the blind area of visual field,and completely avoid serious water leakage accidents caused by poor weld coverage caused by the operator's blind brushing glue in the blind area of visual field.Secondly,with the help of the mold,the palm force is used to press the installation of the glue plug instead of the thumb press,which significantly reduces the risk of the glue plug falling off;In addition,the program can automatically monitor hot melt adhesive plugging installation by using camera capture coding recognition,which fundamentally solves the serious quality defects caused by glue plugging installation and truly realizes zero defects in the quality control of painting workshop.
