摘要

重防腐涂料在长时间的贮存过程中,特别是大容积涂料桶中长时间贮存会出现分层现象,导致涂料涂层不均匀或涂料不能使用,且重防腐涂料多为双组分涂料,所以涂料使用前必须搅拌均匀。为探究不同搅拌方式对大容积下涂料相关性能的影响,从搅拌器结构、搅拌时间及搅拌速度3个因素对涂料进行均质化搅拌试验,测得搅拌后涂料的黏度和固化成型后的涂膜附着力,并对试验结果进行分析,验证不同搅拌方式对大容积下涂料性能的影响规律。

Abstract

Heavy duty anti-corrosion coatings may exhibit layering during long-term storage,especially in large volume paint barrels,resulting in uneven coating or unusable coatings.It is mostly a two component coating and must be stirred evenly before use.In order to explore the influence of different mixing methods on the performance of coatings under large volume,homogenization mixing experiments were conducted on coatings from three factors:mixer structure,mixing time,and mixing speed.The viscosity of the coating after mixing and the adhesion of the coating after curing were measured.The experimental results were analyzed to verify the influence of different stirring methods on the performance of the coating under large volume.
