结合日益严格的环保要求,对轨道交通车辆涂装过程的影响要素进行分析,提出从加快新型涂料的研发与使用、全面推进涂装新工艺的应用、提升涂装现场管理的智能化数字化水平3个方面入手,对轨道交通车辆生产制造过程中未来涂装的发展与趋势进行了展望,为打造绿色环保、高效节能、安全可靠的轨道交通车辆涂装过程提供参考。

Based on the increasingly strict environmental protection requirements,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the painting process of rail transit vehicles.It is put forward that we should speed up the research and development of new coatings,promote the application of new coating technology and improve the intelligent digital level of painting site management.The development and trends of painting in the future are prospected,which can provide reference for building a green,efficient,energy-saving,safe and reliable painting process for rail transit vehicles.
