摘要

使用纸盒作为漆雾分离介质的干式喷房是一种低碳绿色的涂装技术,已经在国内汽车厂大规模使用。目前市面上常用的漆雾分离纸盒结构存在多种缺陷,已经不能满足最新的干式喷房系统的需求。本文主要描述了一种新结构高容漆量、高过滤效率漆雾分离纸盒的开发过程,测试结果表明此漆雾分离纸盒完全达到了设计指标。

Abstract

The dry spray booth using cardboard paint overspray separation module as paint overspray filtering media is a low-carbon and green coating technology that has been widely used in domestic automobile factories.The commonly used cardboard paint overspray separation module structure on the market currently has various defects and cannot meet the needs of the latest dry spray booth system.This article mainly describes the development process of a new structure,high paint hold capacity and high filtration efficiency cardboard paint overspray separation module,and the test results show that this cardboard paint overspray separation module fully meets the design specifications.
