摘要

主要分析了电泳流痕的产生原因,通过改善焊装涂胶工艺、涂装领域工装夹具的优化设计、电泳检查岗增加气吹装置等方式,使电泳流痕发生率得到削减,解决了电泳品质不良的问题,达成减少电泳流痕的目标,同时为本行业电泳流痕的解决提供了一定的思路。

Abstract

It mainly analyzed the causes of electrophoretic flow trace,by improving the welding coating process,coating field optimization of tooling design,electrophoresis inspection increase air blowing device,make the incidence of electrophoretic flow trace cut,solve the electrophoresis poor quality subject,achieve the goal of reducing electrophoretic flow trace,at the same time the solution of provide certain ideas for the industry.
