通过制备若干组渗透型防水乳液,并对其在混凝土耐久性提升和防水性能方面进行了验证。结果表明:渗透型防水乳液可以显著提升混凝土的耐久性和防水效果,其处理的混凝土表面接触角可达98.5°,比封闭型防水乳液处理的混凝土表面接触角高出20°;其可渗入混凝土内部3~11mm,使混凝土具有“立体防水”的效果;其处理的混凝土试件比普通混凝土多60个盐冻循环才开始破坏,显著提升耐盐冻性;户外试验段也充分验证了渗透型防水乳液对混凝土耐久和防水性能的提升。

Several groups of permeable waterproof emulsion were prepared in this paper.The durability and waterproof performance of concrete are verified.The results show that permeable waterproof emulsion can significantly improve the durability and waterproof effect of concrete.The contact angle of the concrete surface treated with it can reach 98.5°,which is 20°higher than that of the concrete treated with closed waterproof emulsion.It can infiltrate into the 3~11 mm inside the concrete,so that the concrete has the effect of"three-dimensional waterproof";the concrete specimen treated by it begins to be destroyed after 60more salt freezing cycles than ordinary concrete,which significantly improves the salt frost resistance;the outdoor test section also fully verified the improvement of the durability and water resistance of concrete by permeable waterproof emulsion.
