采用水性自消光聚氨酯树脂作为基础树脂,添加消泡剂、润湿剂、功能添加剂、交联剂、助溶剂等原材料,以塑胶为基材制备水性柔感涂层。通过考察树脂的主要性能,对比涂层体系对纸带耐磨性的影响,以及涂层耐性、手感、抗划伤的影响因素。结果表明:水性双组分聚氨酯自消光体系具有比单组分聚氨酯自消光体系更好的性能,在T-2配方基础上进行调整,得到良好的手感。

The waterborne self matting polyurethane resin was used as the basic resin,defoamer,wetting agent,functional additive,crosslinking agent,cosolvent and other raw materials were added,and the waterborne flexible coating was prepared with plastic as the substrate.The main properties of the resin were investigated,and the effects of the coating system on the wear resistance of the paper tape and the influencing factors of the coating resistance,hand feel and scratch resistance were compared.The results show that the waterborne two-component polyurethane self extinction system has better performance than the single component polyurethane self extinction system,and a good hand feel is obtained by adjusting the formula T-2.
