摘要

阴极电泳能极大地提高汽车涂装产品的防腐水平,是一种被汽车厂广泛采用的涂装技术。但是在涂装过程中,可能会发生细菌孳生、交叉污染等问题,从而影响涂装的质量和安全性。本文介绍了一种利用铜离子杀菌技术在电泳阳极系统中的应用,可以有效地解决这些问题。

Abstract

CED can greatly improve the anti-corrosion level of automobile coating products,it is a kind of coating technology widely used in automobile factories.However,in the process of coating,bacteria breeding,cross contamination and other problems may occur,thus affecting the quality and safety of the coating.This paper introduces an application of copper ion sterilization technology in electrophoretic anode system,which can solve these problems effectively.
