摘要

主要介绍了起重机厂预涂环氧车间底漆采用辊涂机涂装的优势,以及这种涂装方式对涂料的要求,并提供一些涂料配方设计和施工问题解决思路。

Abstract

This paper introduces the advantages of roller coating machine for the primer of pre-coated epoxy workshop in crane factory,as well as the requirements of this coating method for coatings,and provides some solutions to coating formula design and construction problems.
