摘要

系统阐述了汽车喷涂上漆率的定义和影响因素,详细论述了喷涂参数因子对上漆率影响,并以ABB RB1000喷涂设备为基础,在不改变硬件的前提下,通过在生产现场采取有效措施,实现了上漆率的显著提升。

Abstract

This article systematically elaborates on the definition and influencing factors of automotive spray transfer efficiency, and elaborates in detail on the influence of spray parameter factors on the transfer efficiency.Based on the ABB RB1000 spraying equipment, significant improvement in the transfer efficiency was achieved by optimizing spraying parameters, improving spraying trajectory, and introducing an intelligent evaluation system without changing hardware on site.
