摘要

针对新能源汽车铝加工产品特殊性能的要求,介绍满足客户需求的新能源汽车用粉末涂料的性能指标。由于各个部件之间性能要求不同,使用粉末涂料体系也有不同,本文通过对新能源汽车不同部件专用粉末涂料的产品介绍,探讨了粉末涂料在新能源汽车领域的发展应用。

Abstract

According to the requirements of the special performance of aluminum processing products of new energy vehicles, we develop special powder coatings for new energy vehicles that can meet customer needs. Due to the different performance requirements between the individual components, the powder coating systems used are also different. This paper introduces the products of powder coatings for different components of new energy vehicles, proposes a new method of coating new energy vehicles, and points out the way for the development of powder coatings in the field of new energy vehicles.
