摘要

以冷轧钢板为基材,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X荧光定性全扫描(XRF)探究了冷轧钢板在不同薄膜前处理工艺配套阴极电泳形成化学转化膜对板材物理性能和耐中性盐雾性能的影响。采用正交试验法选取对药剂影响最大的4个因素,分析对薄膜前处理影响的主次因素。结果表明:冷轧钢板的上膜量区间在30~60 mg/m^(2),电泳膜厚控制在18~20μm,并进行包边划叉试验,影响薄膜前处理物理性能及中性盐雾性能的主次因素为pH、游离氟浓度、有机物种类、温度,优选方案为:pH 4.3、游离氟28 mg/L、有机物1、温度25℃。

Abstract

Using cold-rolled steel plate as the substrate,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray fluorescence qualitative full scanning(XRF)were used to investigate the effect of cathodic electrophoresis forming chemical conversion films on the physical properties and neutral salt spray resistance of cold-rolled steel plate under different film pre-treatment processes.Using orthogonal experimental method to select the four factors that have the greatest impact on the reagent,analyze the primary and secondary factors that affect the film pre-treatment.The results showed that the film weight range of cold rolled steel sheet was 30~60 mg/m^(2),and the film thickness controlled by electrophoresis was 18~20μm.The primary and secondary factors affecting the physical properties of the film pretreatment and the neutral salt spray properties are pH,free fluorine concentration organic species temperature,the optimal scheme is pH 4.3,free fluorine 28 mg/L,organic 1,temperature 25℃.
