摘要
工程设备顶部由于低温结冰等现象,行走、施工时存在滑倒、跌落的安全隐患,迫切需要提高防滑性能。当前,工程设备普遍采用粘贴防滑贴的方法来满足产品在特殊环境中的防滑性要求,但防滑贴在实际应用过程中易出现翘边、开胶甚至脱落的现象,稳定性及耐久性较差。通过改变在用涂料性能得到厚浆涂料,同时在厚浆涂料中添加防滑颗粒并进行工艺验证,结果表明:该新型防滑涂料能够满足产品的防滑要求,并且具备多种油漆兼容性,制作方便成本低,具有一定的市场推广价值。
Abstract
Due to phenomena such as low-temperature freezing on the top of engineering equipment,there are safety hazards such as slipping and falling during walking and construction,and it is urgent to improve the anti-slip performance.Currently,engineering equipment generally adopts the method of pasting anti-slip stickers to meet the anti-slip requirements of products in special environments.However,anti-slip stickers are prone to edge warping,peeling,and even peeling in practical applications,resulting in poor stability and durability.By changing the performance of the in use coating to obtain a high build coating,and adding anti-slip particles to the high build coating and conducting process validation,the results show that the new anti-slip coating can meet the anti-slip requirements of the product,and has multiple paint compatibility,convenient production and low cost,and has a certain market promotion value.
