摘要

主要介绍了同一产品在不同基地生产事宜,通过利用不饱和生产线基地或成熟产线产能利用最大化,解决畅销量高的车型产能需求问题。针对问题做好相应的方案设计并进行样件改造及验证,通过验证充分暴露识别问题。

Abstract

This article mainly introduces the production of the same product in different bases.By utilizing unsaturated production line bases or mature production lines to maximize production capacity,it can solve the problem of a high demand for vehicle production capacity with smooth sales.Design corresponding solutions for the problem and carry out sample modification and verification,fully exposing and identifying the problem through verification.
